Based on the patch the description/ engraving has changed.
Normal, Drone, and Joint skill Damage +15/20/25%. Max Battery +10/15/20%. Move Speed +10% when Drones are attached to a Machinist.
Could you confirm if the [Normal skills} are being affected by the patch?
i believe they missed to update the skill description or maybe the new patch didnt overwrite previous entry or something? As for skills i cant really tell although Raid missile feels faster
