Will the Artist class also be available on the EU servers?

Not at launch at the least.
we won’t have the artist any time soon.

Maybe way less, we got sorc, striker and gunslinger at release.
Roxx or Seawolf already said because Artist is the newest class - they dont have it in the future roadmap . So yes 8 to 12 months Id say too

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE said that North America launch would be Phase 1. Now, it seems a lot of end game stuff is launched that nobody anticipated. The quote from the Dev was:
“T3 gear will be available at launch, as well as a few core T3 dungeons to support proper progression including Oreha’s Well (Abyssal Dungeon), Chaos Dungeon Stage 3, and the Velganos Guardian Raid,” the Lost Ark team explains. Alongside this, the combat level cap has been dialled up to 60 for launch, while more late-game content will arrive some time after release “in order to set the pace for player progression, both in terms of new content and optimal difficulty”.
So when people say “8 to 12 months” or “a year” those are just wild guesses. It is possible it will be a long time, although it is also possible that we can see Artists next month if the developers decide it is best.
Artist is my favorite so I too eagerly await her
