Most of what they shared is PR smoke. Lets look at facts.
Destroyer and Arcana are coming out before other classes and were intended on the Leaked Roadmap for April and May
Balance Patch Reworking Destroyer and making fixes to Arcana were scheduled in March in KR
Balance Patch in KR was delayed due to covid in the office to April
Balance Patch for NA pushed back to May.
NA got Glaivier prior to Destroyer because of “Popularity”, but is this the real case?
In release order of KR, it went (Only counting unreleased classes in NA) Glaivier > Scouter > Reaper > Artist with Destroyer/Arcana/Summoner being part of the original 12.
What I see is PR smoke; it is a convenient post to make players think so. If it WERE the case of popularity, Scouter would have come before Arcana. The truth is they are doing the following release order
Destroyer/Arcana/Summoner as their reworks/fixes are completed in KR.
Glaivier
Scouter
Reaper
Femzerker (Because she will be “super popular requested in NA” but in reality will be pushed because gender unlock")
Artist
Aero
They have shown they do not care for player feedback for releases. HOWEVER i do understand they do not want to push Artist and Aero because of reasons such as Outfits. If she was pushed for NA and they rig old outfits for her, KR players would throw hissy fits.
Here in the current announcement, they are saying that they have to consider their monetary gains as well. Sure it’s still faster than KR release schedule, but it’s slower than in the previous roadmap and the initial class release acceleration.
Communication is important, just so we wouldn’t have to assume. They saw these posts of speculations for the better part of the last month and didn’t correct any of them. You simply don’t blame the consumers, that’s just dumb. Of course I am not defending any sort of toxicity, those who cross the line can get what they deserve.
Nothing of what you posted backs up any of this. They said they saw feedback where PLAYERS wanted an accelerated rate. Where did they say they increased the rate and then slowed it back down? I think a large problem is people read things and then make up what it means without paying attention to the words used.
Why do you think amazon needs to be defended here ?
Why do you think it is a good thing to have a drip feed of the variety of gameplay ?
How releasing all missing class faster would have negativ impact on your own game experience ?
How is it confirmed for August when they literally said 1 class every 2 months. The next class is in July, and August is the month after July. Do you even understand what does it mean by 1 class every 2 months?
Arist confirmed for July actually. Roxx said in one of the most recent posts that they released Destroy because his high stagger damage was needed for Valtan raid.
So now with a support shortage, they will release artist next because of the high support stagger damage needed for Vykas.
I cannot understand how you people fail to see this.
you guys really need to have a constant message about that. You’ll say what you just said, but then people will see another CM say something like “Hey, keep asking for who you want, we’re listening to feedback and might adjust our release schedule!”.
Those two things are adding up to this constant spam of " ARTIST WHEN??" (and other classes)
