As compenstation we should get the rewards that were given out at this past LOA ON

After reading “dish with shit on it in a restaurant” so many times in this thread, the only thing I don’t want to do now is go out to eat at a restaurant.

If you want to be picky. This is also as bad of an example as mine. The payers are not represented in this. Without them the restaurant cannot exist.

Also the fire does not correlate since there was a delay not some catastrophe.

The disaster is that the people who deal with development for our regions and those who share information (outside CM) are incompetent and we have just had another example. They should realize this now and learn a lesson as soon as possible.

All of these examples are terrible because restaurants don’t have a mixture of non paying and paying clientele. When you go to a restaurant, you pay once for food and tip accordingly based on hospitality. Lost Ark is a form of entertainment in which no consumer exists until AGS can convince the player that their time is worth the money hence need and understanding of compensating all players for even the most minor inconvenience.

It is in AGS’ own best interest to compensate all players because this entices players who are paying customers to continue playing & paying because their time seems more valued and also entices some players who are on the fence to make the leap and become a paying customer.

Dont get it twisted, f2p is just as valued to a business as p2p because the difference is a f2p player is untapped potential while p2p has already been “tapped”.
