Asset loading/streaming optimisation

As it currently stands, the asset loading/streaming after the game has finished a loading screen into a new zone is extremely poorly optimised to the extent of constantly experiencing severe stuttering and late pop-in of assets.

Yep, there are quite a few posts about this exact issue. When I played in the first beta, I didn’t have this issue. It appeared during the second beta and again at release. I suspect poor optimization with EAC or DX11.
