hi, I logged in at 01:30 MEZ and all my stuff ( I didnt open some packs), all my crystals and my crystalline aura are gone … could u please fix that ? btw im sitting here (since i started the game) and we are trying to group up and it doesnt work could u please fix that ? i mean this is a ongoing problem since i think the 14th or something and its getting worse each day, i logged on at the 19th at 12 am, tryed to do a abyss dungeon, it didnt work like 6 times… could u please do something its getting really annoying
