At the end of valtan g2 my game crashed

i didn’t get any rewards from clearing g2 and after i back to lobby, game says i use all my entry chances.

I’m sorry to know you had issues at the end of an event.

When it comes to timed and ticketed content, there’s an automated system in charge of re-assigning the entry tickets, only in cases of verified server crash/disconnection.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
