Auction House Items Disappeared After Maintenace

I seem to be having a problem with the Auction House…
Before the maintenance on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, I had put some items for bidding/purchase in the auction house. The timers were supposed to end during the maintenace, so I was excepting either my items to sale or be returned. After the maintenance, I did not see gold from these sales or my returned items and deposit gold. At first, I thought that there might have been some lag time, but even now I have not seen anything back.
I looked in the “Registered” tab and nothing was there.
I looked in the “Sale History” tab and see none of those items have sold.
I looked in my mailbox and none of my items or gold have returned.
I have tried to verify the integrity files and relauch the game looking at my mailbox and auction house, but nothing…

Is there something else that I can do to fix this problem? I had deposited items for a good amount of gold and would like them back.

It is a very complex situation but I believe it is worth to try to open a ticket so that our devs can give a look into this so please reach out to our live customer support with the following information:

  • Player Name
  • Region Name
  • Approximate time of disappearance
  • Lost Item Name / Quantity / Details

They will be more than happy to make a ticket to investigate on your lost item.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I have submitted a ticket with the technical customer support waiting on a possible solution. If anything comes up, I will let you know.
