The patch notes stated that as long as it has more than 5 minutes and less than 3 hours left, you will be able to relist the item . The button is still greyed out for me and the cancel does not refund it.
Note that I also checked the other interpretation of “more than 5 minutes after posting and less than 3 hours after posting” just in case and it too, does not allow you to relist so it is definitely still bugged.
In fact, the relist button never becomes usable.

This is currently on the development’s team radar and they are investigating it. However other than that I have no further updates to provide at this time.

Unfortunately regarding this issue I cannot promise a definitive date of this being fixed.
The relist button hasn’t worked since release. It should have never been released if it wasn’t even tested and made sure it worked.
