I don’t think it’s just me as my friend said he experienced it as well. But randomly after turning in a quest or picking up one my characters specific audio is missing. I can hear my pet picking up coins or the sounds of NPC talking or groaning etc however I no longer hear any skill/ability sounds. Nor do I hear the voice of my character anymore. To fix this I have to load somewhere such as fast traveling to a new map so it loads.
That is very strange! Regardless of location, wherever a quest is handed in, the audio issue is always the same?
Rohendel needs some soundcheck aswell.

I can make it (not consistently) happen when I Alt+Tab out and then back in to the game.
The sound/SFX issues last until you load into another area or instance. Or go into Character selection and load back in so you get your SFX back.
It’s only Attack SFX of Chracters and Monsters that are missing.
