Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixir Expired in Mail

Today i had an situation when my Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixir (7 Days) just expired in my mailbox without me claiming it, if needed i have an video proof when exactly this happens (Thanks to my GeForce Experience)

Timer runs even if its in the mail.

Yeah and thats fine but thats not what it says on the item and not how it work all other expirable items on game like There are 2 tipes or expirable items: With Set Data to expire or with X time until expire at pick the item.

In order to use it you need to have in inventory then the Countdown Starts, so its some typo bug, for example if you recieve this item in your Product inventory then it can be there with no time limit until you pick to your inventory so where is the diference?
And on top of that you cant see the mail Timer like how much time i have left? it makes no sense say that is just can expire in mail

I’m not sure if this is a bug or as intended.

I waited to claim my Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixir’s from the login rewards until the end of the time frame knowing I was soon to hit T3. I had some real life issues push back my progress which I thought was fine as these elixirs were in my mail and I had not claimed them to my inventory.

Apparently once in my mail the timer started?? Was this intended?

If this is how it should function there should be additional context to state that the timer will start even if sitting in your mail OR instead of showing the standard 30 days left for the mail show the lowest amount of days for any items set to expire in that time frame.

I can chalk this up to not glancing at the mail to see this timer started (I didn’t want to receive the mail prematurely.)

Looking for clarification.

Red Room Chaos Bug
Yes the exact same thing happened to me and the support told me that we will get an aura of resonance within 24h but its not the same. Red room is super rare and especially in 1445 chaos it has potential for a lot of gold so i feel that 1 pot of resonance for all of this is not enough. at least 2 or 3 would be more reasonable solution !
