J’ai le problème de connexion serveur 10010.
J’ai déjà essayé les solutions :
Please run an Steam integrity check , once you finished, please follow the next steps:
From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
Select Network and Internet.
In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options .
When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
Select Properties. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
Try launching the game again.
From the Start menu, begin typing ‘cmd’.
In the results that populate, right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator .
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. Wait a few seconds and when the command prompt appears, proceed to the next step.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Shut down your computer completely, turn it back on, run Steam as administrator and try to play Lost Ark again.
Mais rien ne fonctionne.

Je viens de regler mon problème en supprimant le lien entre steam et amazon et en le reliant directement : Link or Unlink Your Amazon and Steam Accounts - Support | Amazon Games
et j’ai fait pareil avec le twitch drop : Twitch Drops | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG
Essaye et dit moi si sa fonctionne courage.

Merci,la solution du fix pour w7 a l’air de fonctionner,j’ai accés au serveurs.
J’ai pas trop compris comment j’ai résolu le soucis. Il semblerait qu’en liant mon compte amazon à steam et en le déliant cela à régler mon problème. (win 11)
Mais j’ai perdu mon aura cristalline

Effectivement, j’ai supprimé les lien entre steam et amazon et ça a fonctionné mais j’ai plus mon aura cristalline …
Pour récupérer ton aura cristalline, essaie de vérifier l’intégrité des fichiers du jeu depuis steam. ça a fonctionné pour moi.

Je suis sur Neria et le Shop est off et du coup j’ai pas l’aura non plus.
