I was playing Valtan when my power went out, hasn’t happened in years, crazy. I got kicked for being disconnected too long, and it took my entry away. It is labeled as I haven’t even completed the Legion Raid Gate 2, but I don’t have my entry. There’s probably a bunch of people that have had this problem. I’d like my entry back as I got it taken from me. Don’t just say “you’ll get a ticket if it’s on our end.” The reentry system for Legion Raids allows you to exit the raid, and come back whenever you want throughout the week to attempt again. You can do both parts of the raid individually as well. My disconnect took my entry away somehow even though I have not completed the second part of the raid. I put a screenshot with proof. The gates at the top, 1 has a check mark since I completed it, the second doesn’t because I haven’t done it or gotten rewards. But my entry has been taken away.
@Roxx@Shadow_Fox@Seawolf Please help our guildie. Our whole raid team is waiting for this to be resolved, so we can finish Valtan HM. We’re close to ghost phase! Help! I don’t think we can clear with a pug. Thanks!

We completely understand this wasn’t caused by y’all and you are currently putting out a billion fires but support is less then helpful and you guys and gals are awesome. Thanks in advance.
Could we clarify what this means in the Legion Raid tooltip? It states that even if you’ve used up your entry, you can still play until you’ve cleared. Additionally as a group we’ve left and re-entered multiple times after clearing gate 1 with no issues, as that is how the system is designed. Something doesn’t seem right here that there’s no reentry allowed despite not finishing gate 2
@Seawolf@Roxx@Shadow_Fox Being locked out of progression that literally just came out for no reason other than what’s probably a bug is unbelievably frustrating, at least getting a reentry ticket could help for the time being while the issue is being fixed.
