Hello again. I recently made a ticket for this issue. I had went to buy 100 awakening skill shards, but instead of 100, it randomly did 9999. It cost me a little under 2.5million silver. The amount in box showed only 100, but then it took everything. I sent a ticket on amazon, but I can’t find a way to view it. I really need my silver back from this bug. I am currently at barely 1/5 of what I had before. I also bought the founders pack and starter pack for the silver. Feel like I was totally robbed.
