They’re the ones that issue things to us. It happened at 2am EST for a reason lol. SG does maintenance, not AGS. SG does all patches, development, etc.

ags decides when maintenances are,when emergency maintenances are to be held, what goes out on what time etc.

I doubt SG are the one’s responsible for sending ingame mails in the western version.
Simply mailing and sending items doesn’t require SG to patch anything.
And yes while SG are the ones to develop the patch packages for the game AGS should be the one that decides when to apply patches to live. And at the very least they should have some kind of UI which allows them to send mails to players or add ingame notifications on their servers.
Now large scale edits and item removals are a different thing.
It’s more likely that AGS was the one messing up and SG is now the one who has to fix it via maintenance and patching.

Dude i used all the ones i received and bought 100 more on top of that(i think i have like 80 some extra) with real money to build a 5x3 do u guys think i will have negative pheons and rebuild that character? LOL
