Game crashed during a loading screen and I just can’t get back in and now my account is locked for 10mins, wtf is going on?

Just waited through a 90 min cue. Watched as it went from 4 to… nothing. Just dropped the cue screen and froze. FFS…

Knowing that the Q would not exist if they did a better job with bots is pissing me off
Same here, I was stuck at the loading screen while existing Hypos and I can hear my ship was losing durability in the siren sea but can’t do anything. Then I received this fking lock-up message.
