Yesterday I made a purchase in the in game shop. I would like to say that I have mistakenly bought the wrong item . What should I do in this case? I would rather spend the crystals on something else. The item is in my inventory.

Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I do not want a refund, just an exchange for a different item of the same value. I currently have a T3 item level reward chest in my inventory that I don’t need yet. This would be a replacement for a T2 item level reward chest.
The same rules apply for exchanging items unfortunately.
