Problems on the day of publication or the following day is ok. But doing nothing and no information on how and when to work on it is just ridiculous.
New Area in EU isnt the solution… Go and get some bigger Server… and dont say “it isnt possible”…

and no i dont want to hate the game, the game is the best MMO at this time in my opinion…
