@Roxx @LostArk I was ban in error for three day for cheating for no reason, and submitted a appeal. I have serve my full unjust sentence of three days and is now unban but without a single reply from Amazon. I receive a confirmation email that they receive my appeal ticket and will reach back to me but no response after that email. I have no support ticket number so I have no way of knowing the progress of the appeal. I believe Amazon ban me through their automated anti cheating/botting due to the fact that I play lost ark on Nivdia GeForce Now which is an official supported platform. The anticheat/botting must have not been able to differentiate a virtual PC to a botting program which if that is the case is just sad! I am frustrated at the extremely poor customer support. I work a full time job and have limited alloted time to play this game. What can I do to get the ban off my account and get compensated for my lost time, or God forbid just get someone to look at the Ban?? This is really concerning because Amazon can just ban player whilly Nilly whenever they want with out compensation or anything? Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do about this?

Or unbanned?
If you are still banned all you can really do is wait for your appeal to be investigated.
If you are unbanned you should count your blessings. Some people wait weeks to get unbanned.
They definitely do not grant compensations for false bans. Though at this point they probably should given how unbelievably prevalent the false bans are.
I am unbanned right now after 3 days and they didn’t response until the day after my ban was lifted. The crazy part is that they said it was merit! I literally did nothing ther broke the rules of conduct specially cheating it freaked crazy. I play all on geforce now on my television thru a nvidia shield and I don’t think it even possible to cheat on that platform. Put salt on my injury the email look like it was an automated response and no one even look at my account. If they would like take 5 sec to look into the ban they would see it in error. This game make me nervous to continue to invest time into. Never been ban out of the blue in error like that in any other mmo.
