Last week my account was “BANNED” CODE OF CONDUCT, BANNED on steam, my first warning/ban on my steam account I have been using for close to a decade, without any reason stated.
I spoke to customer live support and they told me it was for “Commerce Lock” - What does this mean?
I have NOT tried to refund the game, I live in a country and region where Lost ark is allowed, I am literally watching people in my country stream this game on TWITCH
I submitted a web ticket the moment I was banned and still have not received a response from a human, waiting over a week, posting here to bring attention, I searched Reddit and these forums reading other people being wrongfully banned.
I had to make a new Amazon and Steam account just to post here since when you are banned, you can not even post in the forums @Roxx

I purchased the game 25th refunded 31st January, repurchased it again on 2nd February since then I bought even more royal crystals and played the game not even trying to ask for a refund in any way how does my ban make any sense?
I have NOT tried to ask for a refund after the 2nd february before the game was even in headstart nor have I recieved a refund on any claimed pack or game and yes I already made another appeal for ban with these screenshots posting here too to bring attention to it.
