I just try to look at situations through everyone’s eyes and not just my personal feelings so I only try to speak for how I’d feel and not how other people should feel when going on with their day. If it were me, no words would hurt and anyone could be called anything they wanted, but at the end of the day, someone would be offended.
thats NA company, USA is most insane country in terms what they take as “toxicity, offensive and inappropriate” so just try to be as much neutral and gray person as u can be
