(I had to create a new account to post this, so this obviously isn’t the banned account)
On Feb 14th I bought the $35 starter pack for the game. I had to work a lot over the next few days but when I finally could play a week later, I got on and noticed I didn’t have the skin. I checked the starter packs again and saw I had the wrong pack, I wanted the $65 one, not the $35. So I refunded the $35 one and bought the $65 pack. At the time, I didn’t follow Lost Ark on social media or reddit and just played the game, so I didn’t know they were banning people for refunds until after I was banned. And the amazon rep I talked to didn’t warn me I would be banned for refunding.
I got banned a month later too, so I had a month worth of progress before the ban. I’ve put in 8 appeals now and keep being told I was banned for commerce cheating. I used the items from the starter pack so there was nothing to put on the marketplace. I even said in the appeal that i’d buy the $35 pack again, if that’s what it takes to get unbanned. I don’t feel like I should be banned for wanting to spend more money on the game. So now I’m banned and have a game ban on my steam profile forever, for something I don’t think is fair.
