My friend got banned yesterday evening when he was doing chaos. I’m sure he didn’t use any cheat program because I’m chat with him and watch his stream. Everything looks normal but suddenly he got banned after DC. The softwares running on his laptop are streaming software voice call software and Parsec (Sometimes he use Parsec to control my PC to help me) and also some Device driver for keyboard and mouse. He started to play this game at Feb 2022 and spend around 5k hours on it which is quit crazy even for a game host. He also spend hundreds pounds on his account. I can’t find out any reasons for he to use cheat program. He had submitted two tickets but all get auto reply and they want him to send evidences of he is not cheating and we don’t understand how. If anyone can help or need any evidences he can post at here. Thanks a lot!

My friend was also banned for the same thing yesterday and he never used cheats. DCed during chaos while I was watching, relaunched and saw he was perma banned. He sent an appeal but got auto replied too. I would tell your friend keep trying to appeal and explain, but I don’t know why the ban moderation team can’t respond like normal humans. Maybe its hopeless. I saw a lot of users who were falsely flagged last Dec still haven’t been unbanned. My friend has given up and LOA doesn’t feel fun any more without him. I’m thinking of quitting too honestly. He had 5000+ hrs and spent a lot of money on this game, just like me. Why play this game if we can be artbitrarily banned at any time through no fault of our own?
Whenever an appeal ticket is submitted is reviewed by our colleagues and they will reply to you with the outcome of the appeal, there’s no chance to interact with them directly as there’s no chat department for that team.
If your friend appealed the suspension already and there’s no change unfortunately there’s nothing on our end we can do to revert that suspension.

This has happened once every month since December, we even had some from November, but dunno if it’s the same issue.
Yesterday/today we made 100days since the December banwave so i guess this months was due. Weird champ ngl, dunno what they are doing back there.
Luckily, they do a unban wave every month after there are enough people making a fuss of it. They say they are aknowledging the issue once again, and some dudes do get unbanned. Sadly, some get left over, like us. And we can’t really do anything because they won’t do anything for us, despite being unfairly banned, accounts with thousands of hours and hundreds of euros, for nothing.
There is a threat about us in the support section, post your info there and hopefully with enough people they will deal with this months unlucky contestants.
We from older waves can only hope for a decent human being behind the unban screen.
I find a very funny thing about Amazon Game web ticket system. After Dec and Jan ban wave a lot of my friends got false banned and some of them got unbanned but still quit a lot person still banned. They submit web ticket everyday and one day one of my friend type a wrong name by mistake but right region then submit the ticket. He still get reply and say he is cheating and wont be unbanned. Then I try to submit a ticket using my char name and region and I also get the same reply ‘I’m cheating and wont got unbanned’. wtf is that? I never got banned! It’s seems that amazon game fight bots vert hard and use bots to fight with player? After these ban wave my team even can’t find enough dps. This game is not the one I played before, I feel really sad about these changes.
I think the real thing the players got false banned needed is live chat customer service to help they got unbanned not a trash web ticket system. If Amazon dont have enough person to do this thing just make an appointment system to help these player one by one. Al least let’s these player get some hope
It has been 77 days since my permanent ban. It’s amazing to me that AGS has yet to give me a valid reason to my ban. I’ve submitted nearly 200 appeals since January and have basically been stuck at square one the whole time. It is extremely disappointing to see AGS looking the other way when a customer who spent thousands of dollars on their product receives a false ban by an anti-cheat that is NOTORIOUS for false bans. Look at any other game that utilizes EAC; you’re bound to find instances of multiple false ban waves that occurred for a variety of reasons.
That’s not even the worst of it… I know people who used actual botting software on Lost Ark, got banned for it, and then appealed and received an unban within hours. At least 2 people admitted this to me directly. If AGS is actively unbanning cheaters, wouldn’t it make sense that innocent players are being banned as well? This company is consistently inconsistent when it comes to penalties for RMT, Cheating, Botting, you name it.
There is a reason why most MMOs issue temporary bans or warnings as an initial response to detection of sus programs. I was literally logged in for 2 minutes and didn’t leave Punika before I was automatically DCed by EAC. I don’t know what triggered it, but anyone with common sense should realize that people like myself deserve a second chance.
