EAC just shit
Still banned. It’s been 22 days. 5k hours on steam btw…
Back 1 month ago, i used to see disconnections that lead to the main screen, a dialogue appeared saying “You’re trying to launch multiple instances of the game, if you keep doing that you’ll get banned”, it happened to me like twice, but it was just LA trying to reconnect inside the world. I don’t know but maybe that thing triggered a lot of automatic bans for people that got dc a lot and which client tryed to reconnect with this bad code
I was shocked that they threatened to ban because of dc of the server and a bad reconnect code ahaha

I checked my data too. It looks like we were all perm banned for being online at reset time on 12/12. GG

Bump. @Roxx still banned after over a month. 4900 hour player here with 6k+ USD spent on Steam. I can’t even start a conversation or fair appeal process. This is fucking bs

I got 60 days as of today. Crazy ngl.
They quite literally dgaf.
It’s insane. I feel like our reports are just outsourced to a 3rd party company that can’t do anything about it and/or don’t give a fuck. Not saying that people who spent thousands on there game should get special treatment, but the fact that they dont care about a customer like myself is so dumb.

I haven’t received any ticket answer of someone trying any bit about understanding my situation or helping me try to prove my innocence.
All i get is not enough proof. Play fair. We consider what’s fait. And don’t cheat. A couple copy paste of these and they also add one no further appeals will change the outcome.
This after i have told them hundreds times about how their own Community Manager @Roxx have stated that during the period in which i was banned, there were errors with EAC.
But why would they care. We already paid in game, so we are just spent eggs. Are we gonna charge back all our money? Wasting our time and endangering our steam account? They know we won’t. So they won’t act upon their BS.
I’ll bring this up with the team again and see if we can reopen the investigation with this.

Maybe this time I am finally unbanned.
I’d been hesitant to reply to this topic prior to this seeing as it had been void of any CM communications for quite a while. I was falsely banned for cheating as well after visiting Festivity Island on a reset morning. AGS support communications have gone nowhere as I’ve only gotten bot copy-paste responses so I guess I’ll try here:

Hey @ShieldMaiden ! Kind of tangentially related in regards to wrongful bans (hope you don’t mind me saying here) but just trying to help out my guildie who was perma-banned in November for a Steam double-charge reversal. She still can’t play after 3 months and it’s pretty depressing. AGS Support has been incredibly unhelpful and just ignoring the appeal and just copy pasting the same response.
She reversed the reversal but she’s still banned…
