As of right now we are managing cases of multiple accounts transferring their earnings to another as an unfair advantage and depending on the situation it can go from a warning to a ban. let me know if you have any other questions.

I logged on 13th December to find out that I have been permanently banned from Lost Ark, Reason: CHEATING. No warning or previous bans.
Had to create a second account just to post here.
I’ve tried to give and add as much evidence as possible with every ticket.
Appeal ticket response 1: Cheating: Known Cheat Program Detected based on in-game data and reports. Given the history of penalties on this account, any further appeals on this issue will not result in a different outcome.
Appeal ticket response 2: Cheating: EAC Perma-Ban as no further evidence was provided.
Appeal ticket response 3: Cheating: Known Cheat Program Detected as the additional evidence you’ve provided was insufficient.
Appeal ticket response 4: Cheating: Known Cheat Program Detected as the additional evidence you’ve provided was insufficient.
Appeal ticket response 5: Cheating: Known Cheat Program Detected as the additional evidence you’ve provided was insufficient.
I have no idea what or how to use a cheat program.
Seems like when your account has been permanently banned, there is absolutely nothing you can do on AGS appeal tickets. Can’t attach any files or chat with a real person. It is your word against their txt file. This so concerning because AGS just banned a legit account. Such a severe penalty too. If you are going to permanently ban an account make sure you get it 100% right!
The only software running in the background were:

(d) LG OnScreen Control
I was enjoying playing this game with my friends, and I’ve been looking forward to playing Lost Ark with my friends during my Christmas holidays.
This is beyond incompetence. Banning legit accounts while bots are still roaming everywhere in the game.

Seems like the forums are crying for supports for Brelshaza and Caliligos. Well AGS just perma banned 2 of the pro bards in the game @Nyahala @Nuweri .
I also have a main 1480 and a sub 1460 bard. Was looking forward hone up and do Brelshaza. T_T

Unbanned - Start your game and check if you can log in.
You most likely won’t get any notification about your unban
I experienced the same thing as everyone else when I tried to log in on Tuesday. Perma banned reason cheating.
Found this thread yesterday and it gave me new hope. I checked it a couple of times while I wasn’t home today.
So when I came home I opened Steam no new notification still said perma banned no new email from support. Tried starting up the game anyways even tough I didn’t have high hopes.
Needless to say I couldn’t believe my eyes, when I didn’t get the banned pop up instead of the server select.
I couldn’t believe it, but here I am able to log in again. Guys there is hope at the end of the tunnel.

I hope this gets resolved for everyone affected as soon as possible.

Hi, posting for my friend that got banned, it wont let them post on here because of a perma.
They started the game a few days ago and got banned for ‘Cheating: botting behavior based on in-game data and reports’
I’m assuming it looked suspicious because they haven’t used their steam account in 4~ years? As well as me sending them around 10k gold for them to buy Crystalline Aura to get them started.

hi, i bought 1 new character slot and created an arcana, after that i went to an alt to do the dungeon mayhem and put 2 deskaluda on the boat in stronghold, then i switched to my striker and made 2 deskaludas and i needed to go AFK for a few minutes, when I came back, my account had been banned for cheating, I didn’t use any cheats, please help! I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary, would I spend money buying character slots if I used cheating?

I got a message saying I was unbanned but when I logged in to play I still have a “EAC Offline - ban”
I just created my new account and play for 5 hour then this day I got ban for cheating.
