I think I was just unbanned but im reluctant to log in until we know why we were flagged. Ive heard the rumor about razor synapse being the cause which I have been using for the DPI only.
Also steam is still registering me as banned on my profile, not sure what to make about that.
This whole thing has been a mess and the automated responses from support over this have been a joke and not acceptable.

It’s definitely not just Razor Synapse. It appears to encompass multiple programs, potentially from Razer, Steel Series, and Logitech and potentially even non-game related programs like Citrix Workspace which overlaps with multiple false bans.
Hey guys I was just unbanned. My ban started at 5pm on Dec 13th. That’s also when I first appealed with no success. I also then DMed Roxx at 11pm on Dec 15th with screenshot of my time played and transaction history. I’ve just been trying to log in based on what this forum suggested to check and was able to play starting at 8pm today but have not gotten notice of ban removal from my steam account. I just wanted to post to let all that affect know that there is hope!
I want to thank @Roxx very much for all her help in escalating as well as responding on this issue!

I have Razor Synapse for my mouse but I have not made any macros for any of the games I play. I got a 7 day suspension for “cheating” and i know i did not cheat but I beat that horse to death. I am still pissed about it. But nothing anyone can do.,

Hi, posting for my friend that got banned, and he cannot post here because of that. He was banned on the 13th for violating section#3, but he swears he hasn’t had wrong behaviours. I have been filling out the application for a week in a row, but I have received a mechanical reply. I spent 2800 hours on the game, but the reason was “cheating: a known cheating program was detected.” I didn’t do anything in the game. I kicked me off the line and connected me to the character interface again, and after a while, I received a permanent ban. This makes me very shocked and sad. I treat every character like my own child. I have 12 characters and 6 of them are 1490 equipment. How could I destroy my child with cheating software? Please help me. Thank you.

I’m writing this for a friend because he cant post here. who was also hit by the ban wave after the patch.
The last day he was playing normally doing chaos dungeons, kakul saydon, guilds events and guardians.
He was booted with ‘cheating’ reason when tryng to enter on the game the next day.
