@Roxx As I was falsely banned in the midnight of Dec 15th, my ban is still active. My friends have passed six brel gate 6 and I haven’t even started yet. I appealed 6 times, except the first two auto-reply I got, I received nothing from Amazon. I just wanted to know for how much longer I’m I going to be waiting? I can’t believe this is what I got from this game after spending 2600 hours and $17000.

Hello guys. I wanted to inform everyone thats had the sam issues as me reagarding the unfairly bans. First of all I just got my unban notification on steam and the vac ban on my steam profile is gone to, i am able to login to the game. If u haven’t gotten an unban yet trust in Roxx.
@Roxx I wanna thank u and all the people that have been posting regurarly about this. I just hope this mistake doesnt happen again. 6 days of not being able to do dailies aint fun.

I was one of the players affected by this stupid banwave.
I was unbanned tonight, 4 days after it happened.
Being unjustly banned was really hard, losing all the farm with my chars was really harsh, and not even being able to try the new raid and class was a punch in the stomach… but not even being allowed to reply or post here on the forums due to the ban was the most hurtful thing in all the process.
Knowing i was unjustly banned, and not being able to alert anyone, and of course, with not a slim chance of being reviewed by any human being despite all the appeals, were the things that left me more disappointed.
Having invested 4k hours of my life and 1.5k euros of my money into this game, playing fairly and trying to be helpful to the community… I expected a lot more for all of that effort.
Thank you @Roxx for hearing us, and actually trying to do something about it. I will be having a good thought about ever spending money again on this game thou.

This morning I entered my account and they already removed my ban and I want to thank @Roxx for being here with those affected and helping us recover the accounts and move to give us visibility. It has not any achivement or real game progress. I have 20-30 minute real gametime, it comes from log into the account, accept rewards, maybe some minute afk, and that’s all.
Reason of my ban: Bot using (I opened more ticket, but i only got auto replies)
If you check the account, you can tell that does not happened anything for what i would use bot because it does not have any progress! I have never tried any kind of bot.
