I have about 2100 hours of game play! I have experienced a lot, if it all had to start again, I would be very very sad, even I can only reluctantly quit, spent a lot of energy on this account, really can not lose it, years later even if not playing this is all worth remembering
this whole situation is really frustrating, 15 days banned for an injustice and still nothing, if for old players it is already discouraging, imagine the experience that new players are having, being banned for no reason on their first day of play and on top of that PERMANENT by an EAC error.

I’m still banned, help me please, getting punished for something you didn’t do is frustrating, an EAC error and I lost days, I just want to recover my account and have some fun, I’ve been posting for days and nothing.

It is really unfortunate we are the small minority that is caught in it. EAC is famous for their false bans in other games. This situation feels like AGS just rely entirely on EAC to do bans for them and leave it so there’s no humans responding to your claim. A lot of the mails feel automated, and given the time of days the emails come out, it’s either someone hitting a button or just a completely automated script.
I will give AGS the befinit of the doubt since they have identified this issue and are looking into it. Evident from some of the accounts that have been unbanned.
Dear @Roxx, I am reaching out to help my friend who was banned for rmt/exploit. He is still trying to contact to Amazon till this day but he didn’t get any meaningful response besides the automatic ones. He was a great big brother to my group of friends and has been helping the group to progress all the fun legion raids since release. To be honest, I don’t know what to do without him playing the game. He has almost 5000 hours in this game (a TRUE hardcore gamer), and collected almost every collectible (i think the only thing missing is south vern brel). I m only asking you guys to take it seriously and review his account again. Please look into this as he has pretty much-given hope in ags poor support and I do not wish to see him quit. In current state, I lost all my motivation in clearing brel content without him. PLEASE look into this. It would mean a lot to us. Thank you all for your patience.

He has over 5000 hours in this game, collected all of the collectibles and grinded every day. He is a righteous person and there is no reason for him to rmt/exploit. Therefore please look into this case in details and hopefully readjust the penalty.
