i am reaching out for my friend’s sake in hoping you can uphold justice for him.

I can say for sure that this guy is the most diligent person ever, as he has a lot of ALTs, 18++ on his roster. He still does a lot of chaos and guardian on most of his 18 ALTs++.
With total 4500 Hours playing the game, i dont see any reason he is using cheat / RMT.

And this friend of mine is one of the kind which our community should have and appreciate, because he didnt just do raid with 6 of his roster.
He does around 12 - 18 Characters depending on the time.
And he helps community by accepting low item level on his lobby on party finder, which is why i respect him a lot.
His reason is that he wants to train more doing the raid, and having too many high item level wont feel the same.

That being said, roxx, please do some internal check for his account, so justice can be uphold for him.

If it’s small companies shutting down, that I can understand. Big companies shutting down would be mind boggling to me.

But you are right that Roxx might have gone on vacation, a sorely needed one I would add. But it does not hurt to throw a reminder here and there from time to time.

her going on vacation, I understand, but what about the people who are still banned? Nobody will pass on the information they asked to unban the accounts? Will we be thrown aside? A company like amazon giving support like that, it’s better to leave the world of games.

It is hard to understand the efficiency of such a large enterprise as Amazon.They dont consider the users feelings at all .

At this point we can guess that they already shafted us and we won’t get our accounts back until maybe mid January. If we ever do so.

Just uninstall and move on, this game it’s not worth our sanity.

We just gotta either forcefully take a break or leave the game because AGS/SG couldn’t properly do their job with EAC and the botting issue that some of us have to suffer for it.

For those of you who have a cheating ban, file an appeal through their support. If you receive an automated message stating you’re banned because of “Cheating:Real Money Trade” or “Cheating:Exploiting a Bug” and you know for certain that the ban is unmerited.

Please redirect your post to the thread below, so we could group our issues together and have them escalate our problem. Support and CMs refuse to acknowledge our issue in this thread since false positive RMT/exploit bans are getting overshadowed by EAC’s autoban.

To be fair even during normal hours youll just get a bot reply.

10 days in and people are still being banned left and right.

Pretty sure this is going to be like the DC’s, and it’s just never going to get fixed. They don’t want to give us any additional information, they don’t want to give us compensation, they don’t even want to acknowledge the problem and apologize.

Do we just sit here and wait until the game accumulates so many game-breaking bugs that no one is able to play it anymore? Screw the roadmap, delay any and all additional content until the game is actually fixed. No false bans, no DC’s. Trying to push out more content to an already broken game is probably what caused the ban issue in the first place.

I’ve been waiting for 10 days now and I’ve lost trust and patience and my choice is to uninstall it. Luckily I didn’t spend too much money, but I have invested over 900 hours on this game and it’s frustrating. The way the management team is handling it is really disappointing.

2.4k hours in here, I’m beyond pissed tbh. Some cash too but nothing too fancy, the passes, some slots and maybe a skin, not too shabby but nothing to write home about.

Went back to playing Black Desert online. Their honing system may be super trash, but at least those developers don’t actively try to piss you off and you even see actual GM in the game doing live customer support, even if most of their phrases tend to be preset, it just means that the usual questions have easy answers. But there is an actual human behind that screen.

a serious situation like this should receive more attention, as many players are getting discouraged and are quitting the game, uninstalling the game and even newbies are having a bad experience with these unfair bans, due to EAC error.

It is really unfortunate we are the small minority that is caught in it. EAC is famous for their false bans in other games. This situation feels like AGS just rely entirely on EAC to do bans for them and leave it so there’s no humans responding to your claim. A lot of the mails feel automated, and given the time of days the emails come out, it’s either someone hitting a button or just a completely automated script.

I will give AGS the befinit of the doubt since they have identified this issue and are looking into it. Evident from some of the accounts that have been unbanned.
