I’m only posting here becuase I feel helpless when I reach out to your support through ban appeal form. all I’m getting is automated messages and nothing else.
I was banned around 5 days ago for “Cheating: known Cheat Program Detected”. I have not cheated in any way and have never received a penalty before on lost ark. at the time of the ban I did my life skills and joined an inferno valtan lobby and shortly after I was logged out of my account and received the penalty.

With developers that wont let me create group named 2x FPPD cuz PD is somehow a bad word and can offend someone. Why I am not suprised that thier automatic cheat ban software is incorrectly banning ppl.
Hate to assume but wanna say they are not looking into this anymore.

Yeah, i think they are probably looking into other stuff like the constant disconnects, the ever so increassing amounts of bugs and the lastest of bot exploits.
Honestly, even if we get our accounts back now, after being banned for a whole month during holidays, the game is probably long dead for me after playing consistently since the global release. There is little to nothing they could make it up with, you can’t give time back.
Will wait maybe a day or two more. Then say goodbye to my account for good.
It was a good run lads.

For me, it’s more of a “shakes my head in disappointment” and a bit of “why should I get penalized for some programming (EAC) error”.
The fact that they completely rely on an automated process without a way for false positives to do anything is just terrible.

it’s amazing how the support team literally doesn’t give a shit about the rest of the people who get banned, we were literally forgotten about in this one thanks to that shitty EAC error
