Unfortunately it seems like they’ve decided to take the approach of “ignore it and it will eventually die off on its own”.
It’s a shame really, I can’t say for others, but all I want to know is a concrete yes or no if this situation still being looked at. @Roxx hopefully you can at least let us know that much.

Do you guys follow any big LoA twitch streamers? They are probably a better option for us than this forum tbh.
I remember hearing that there was one that was partnered with Amazon. I am willing to drop some small donos and explain him our situation.
A bit sad that it came up to trying to pay our way out but I guess this is peak capitalism.

Has the administrator waived the ban on dealing with the rest
Anyone have a twitter to maybe get there attention on there with a lot of likes or something. I was banned earlier 2022 for “Known Cheat Program Detected”. Talking to amazon to appeal this permanent ban has been going no where. I waited for this game ever since they announced it in Korea. We need a voice. @Roxx

I think at this point if you’re banned, you’re banned. You can try your luck with ban appeals, but you’ll get a auto-reply within a few minutes with a template response from CS Agent B that totally for real isn’t a bot.
Tried it again since a while as my ban month anyversary. Surprising no one, got a totally human response.
Imagine getting thrown in jail for life. But the police and prosecutors only say “you murdered someone”. But don’t tell you any more details and ignore you. Your only appeal is writing a 200 word limit letter to a judge. The judge has a one page file saying “This person has murdered someone”. The judge then rejects the appeal.

Btw, i have sent a message to stoopz and dropped a sub on him explaining our case. If anyone else could please do so, if able. So that he may bring it up to AGS or the next time he interviews or has contact with them. Don’t really watch him but he seems to be kinda busy with moving house and stuff, so don’t insist nor pester him too much, just dropping you personal case.
It’s the few things we can do rn.

It would mean the world to some of us if you could contact the EAC folks again and ask them to do a screen for false-positive detections between 10th-13th Dec 2022 for Cheating: Known cheat program detected.

I was also just banned for “Cheating”… I’m also looking to try to get unbanned. 
Really unfortunate. The AGS ban appeal team just needs to escalate this to EAC for investigation.
Just search on google for “false positive EAC permanent ban”. EAC are known for it in all games.
I was permanently banned 2 days ago for a “Known Cheat Program”. I have no prior offenses on my account and I’m certain that EAC picked up software on my computer and triggered an automatic ban. Aside from running mod menus in Cod Zombies a few years ago (in order to make custom map experiences more robust, I’ve never cheated in any game, and never had any intention to start doing so. I’ve only missed a day or two since release and have nearly 5000 hours logged on Steam, thousands of USD spent on RC, and 17 characters (8 of which were 1490+ ilevel). Not to mention I’ve grinded hundreds of hours of inferno content. I’ve submitted several appeals with any details I can provide, but have stopped receiving replies after a dozen or so copies of the same automated message. I’m hoping posting here will help but I think it might be time to give up.
