Has anyone else been unbanned? Anyone can. I am still banned. I tried to continue my appeal and still got a mechanical answer. It’s frustrating for me.

What is being done about people who sold items on the auction house and were penalized by these false positive enforcement actions? The player base is already low and things like this will just make more people quit.

I am also posting here for my wife since she’s banned since December 14th.
She got perma banned for cheating:Known cheat program detected, after her EAC went offline by itself.

@Roxx you have a prevision? I’ve been banned for 1 week and so far nothing, I’ve lost count of how many emails I’ve sent and I only get the same automatic messages, I’ve posted here several times too, I was banned without using any cheat and I’m still banned for this error anticheater.

I got perma ban right before reset even though I did nothing illegal
The ban came when I started getting enjoyed the horizontal content of LA. Before the ban is executed, what I did is farmed some island souls, picked some Mokoko seeds, and bought some golden books. Last moment before the ban, I did some Deslakuda and Yoho runs with my friend. Then I off the game to grabbed some food. When I came back, the ban came out of nowhere.
I spent some bucks to buy some char ticket to enjoy various classes and more than 1800 hours in Lost Ark with my bare hand. And they accused me of using 3rd party cheating program.
Of course, the best I can do is try to appeal and find out how they respond multiple times with copy paste template lines. They don’t even check my account and give me appropriate evidence to accuse me like that. Yes, I also want to know what the damned program I am using to cheat please tell me right now holy crap.
I had no idea what I have done to trigger your ban system. If I did something wrong, I deserved the punishment. But when you are enjoying the game, they lock you and accuse you of what you have never done before. This is a real pain for a dedicated player like me man
Please check carefully and consider the ban again, Bots are still running around as if nothing happens whereas true players can’t play anymore. This is ridiculous.

Hello there！
My account got banned because of the usage of known cheating programs. I have played 3600 hours and my main is support. There is literally no reason for me to use cheat programs. I have submitted a ticket before. He replied by saying the evidence I provided is insufficient for him to lift the ban. I have no idea what evidence should I provide in this regard. I swear I did not use any forms of cheat and did not violate CoC in any way. I truly believe this is a false ban by EAC. Please have specialists checking the logs again and you will see I am innocent.

I would submit an appeal if I were you to make sure you get your name on that “list” as they may not be sourcing names from this thread. Note that even if you receive a rejected email that will probably still get you added to the list so long as the reason for your ban was “known cheating program detected”
Also if you have been banned for this I would recommend trying to login once in a while. Steam tends to be a bit slow to update so the message stating that you have been unbanned may actually come hours/days after you have actually been unbanned.

Such bullshit!. what history they talking about when this is the first time i got banned ever?
AGS is really bad at handling appeals and stuff. thats why people is leaving this game. Not because of the game. but the bad management of the game by AGS.
im just wont continue playing this game if my second account not getting unbanned.
First + second account total accumulative hours spent 2700 hours.
i feel totally demotivated at how bad AGS is handling this game.

As i know it’s not against the ToS. (Please show us the part where you could read it)
Only problem with more account that you can be flagged because of RMT if you send gold between accounts. It’s still would be not a huge problem, problems starts with support because they dont mind what you are saying, they wont check logs, you will get only auto replies 
I also get this, I’ve never been banned in game or on my steam account in any game and they keep talking nonsense about penalties history

how is that against TOS when the other account is actually owned by other people? (my friend who quit few months ago) im just talking control of that account.
