Edit) I never sold or bought founder’s packs items, so you can rule out that part. I’ve also never bought gold with Royal Crystals, so you can also rule out that part.
Same thing happened to me. I went afk to grab a bite to eat in kitchen, ended up taking a nap and leaving my character afk in Yorn. Got back and my account had timed out, tried to log back in and it says I am banned for 3 days for cheating. But I never cheated. Only thing I did was sell one of my platinum packs for gold, but that’s not against the rules. I also have over 500 hours play time.
Looks like going AFK is the common theme here.
Doubt it’s going afk. I rarely ever afk while I’m in game. I haven’t logged in since like 14-16 hours ago, computer was off the whole time.
Same here. 500+ hours all legit banned while making dinner.
600+ hours, 100% legit no cheating, afk’d to nap.
i think is not afk problem, they sent a ban wave by the same hour
Same problem here. I’ve been going pretty hard and played the AH a bit. Definitely bought stuff using the in-game shop. I time out frequently as a new father I often go take care of my son for 30-45 min.
Anyone had any luck with live chat support about this? Since submitting a ticket does nothing besides a bot reply saying your ban was deserved.

Live support can’t help you with this. However I did mention the forum links to the support rep so hopefully this helps them track down the issue. If you haven’t posted already please take the time to post Respond here if you got 3 day suspension for "Cheating" I’m trying to keep track of a list of players affected by the ban (at least those active on the forums).

Big companies will NEVER admit fault, they won’t compensate either. If there are mass chargebacks and quits, it might send a message? (Doubtful)
Sadly, also banned without breaking any rules. Just afk’d to take care of my newborn son.
