Banned for no reason at all

Hello so I finally convince my friends to play lost ark. The other night we gathered all together in the same place, and played as fun and honest as any player can play.

Yesterday a friend only lvl 25 got banned for “botting”. He already sent 3 emails and they keep answering he was botting.

Is there anything that can be done with this?
