Hi, my friend just found out that she got permanent banned from the game for “cheating”. She tried to appeal via ticket, but the reply mail says the disciplinary action was merited.
The funny thing is that she has done nothing wrong at all. No RMT, no bot, no VPN, no 3rd party program, no macro, no scam, no foul language, absolutely nothing.
She was having a fun time until now. Last night, she spent quite an amount of royal crystals to buy a bunch of swimming suits costumes. After enjoying the view and log out, she was greeted with a permanent ban the next day logging in.
Again, she has done nothing that violates the code of conduct. If even this kind of players can get banned, Amazon is not trustworthy at all.

Holy shit! I got a friend who’s playing with me everyday and today he’s suddenly been banned permanently. The reason is cheating? I don’t know how the fk you guys found he’s cheating, he never used any cheat program. The real cheaters you guys don’t even care, there’s a guy who’s chaos dungeon forever, I report him everyday but nothing happened, he’s still alive in the fking dungeon even when he’s sleeping. You guys really did nothing!
Man, that’s not cool. People who is playing by rule and even spending money into the game but got banned forever? This makes no sense. Especially right after spending money to the game. Is this how Amazon treats their customers? Banning a customer’s service right after they spending money. That sounds like a legal issue. Filing a claim to the court might be an option for your friend.

Three members of my static raid group got banned out of nowhere. The most frustrating part is ban appeal process. All my friends got from the ban appeal process were copy pasted text. Some were asking for evidence to prove that they are innocent but when asked what type of evidence needed and on what basis the ban were from, all they got back was the exact same text as the one OP posted. Exactly word by word.
I’m curious on what evidence are they looking for for an average player who got banned out of the blue to provide? A streamer got banned live on stream here. A Streamer will have the video they stream as proof to appeal but what about average player? Do they expect us to record our gameplay all the time in case we got banned out of nowhere?
Edit: Seem like the streamer in the link I provided got the ban lifted.
Quite funny that CM stated all the ban are done by people, not by bot. Wonder what was in their mind or what system are they rely on, like hmm this player bought some outfits, he must be rich, that means he might RMT too. ban
quiet funny all those new people who are in the begin saying the same thing in different sentence, admit you bought from RMT website, now you are banned. Now you feel complete shamed that you made a huge mistake.
Why’s it always “my friend” if it’s you just man/woman up and say YOU were wrongly banned. If your friend did get banned, support it going to have THEM contact support.
