Battle Chest and Helgaia Pet not showing up under twich drops

Just as the title says, the Battle Chest and the Helgaia pet are not shoing up under my twitch drops even with 0% progress.

The paper hat is sitting at 0% progress but at least it shows up.

I’ve already collected the mount and the fox pet.

Any suggestions in regards to the Battle Chest and the Helgaia pet?

It is not all in one day…Also they usually show up once you join a channel that has it active… not before

  • Tier 2 - ARKESIA PAPER HAT CHEST

Sunday, February 27 - 9AM PT (5PM UTC)

  • Tier 3 - HELGAIA PET CHEST

Monday, February 28 - 9AM PT (5PM UTC)

  • Tier 4 - NEUGIER GOLD MOUNT

Ohh, this would explain why it hasn’t shown up. So hopefully the Battle Item Chest shows up today at 9:00 A.M. PT once I join a channel offering it. I’ll report back.

Success. It showed up and also now marking progress just as you said, once I joined a channel offering it.
