For starters, I doubt that the decision to launch lost ark in na / eu was in short without preparations. if the game was released at the same time in all regions with the same content these problems would be non-existent, but as in other regions it is played on ps5 and we are on sega genesis in terms of content should not have been more than 5 6 months to be up to date with the other regions.
