Big game bug on vykas gate 3

I doing this vykas gate 3 with random people, and at the end of the gate (x20 bars) the game
bugs and freezes, somehow everyone cant move but our character was still able to type.
Everyone thought the server was down or something so I closed the game and re-opened , now for some reason I can login to every other character but the one that I did vykas with… I literally have no idea on what to do, it’s been a couple hours since that happened and I’m worried . I attached the print on what happens when i try to login into the character ( it’s my glaivier)

UPTADE: I was just able to log in into the character and now it says that the gate was completed but I didn’t receive the gold or the rewards for it.

I’m sorry to know that you got disconnected and lost your entry of Gate 3 Vykas, I understand how frustrating this is.

In this case. we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24H to 48H, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Are you guys going to refund the ticket even though it shows up as vykas completed on the tracker? Again, this was not a internet issue or pc issue, but a game issue. Like I said all members in the party were affected by that, not only me. They were all wondering if the game server was down, this was a very weird experience.

There is an automated ticket system, that refunds entry ticket for server side errors, you will get the ticket sent per mail to that character up to 48h after the disconnect/error (or longer, some people got their re-entry ticket on tuesday, one day before reset on first week of Kakul)

Unfortunately no one on the forums or even customer support can manually issue a re-entry ticket, so if you don’t get one from the automated system, you can forget Vykas for this week and have to wait until next reset

I also think that system is not perfect and as a “forum enjoyer” I have seen so many bad examples of it here, but I hope you get your re-entry ticket very soon.

As @Sophomore said this is an automated system, so you will have to wait 24 or 48 hours to get the ticket and you will get it from your character mail.

In the case that the time pass and you don’t get the ticket back that means that the system can’t refund the ticket.
