Big Latency Issues since last update

Since the anniversary (a few days ago) I’m getting heavily varying latency values in game making it nearly impossible to play (goes from 31 to 650, 1110 and more MS)

Often terminating the game with error: G0X9-SPELPWP1P2NT

My Speediest is perfect to me:



No particular notable change happened to my setup recently, everything worked fine until a few days ago

It is worse on pvp areas and globally when there are a lots of interaction with other players but it could only be a perceived issue since when doing solo part latency could be less felt.

I have no other issues that could be linked to that at home: can browse, play watch listen everything else with 0 issues.

What I’ve done without success after researches:

  • Updating to the latest windows version.

  • Updated all my drivers including network card (high end computer build less than one year ago, 2,5GB net card)

  • Deactivated IPv6 on my box and on my network card conf.

  • Uninstalled Lostark, steam, and reinstalled these. With many files verification in the process)

  • Resetting the box to factory default, restarting it many times in the process

  • Changing from ISP DNS server to other DNS (cloudflare, google you name it)

  • Monitoring local connected item on my network (nothing to report here)

  • Monitoring my bandwitch usage, TCP connections on the computer (seems good but you are the expert)

  • Trying paid VPN to solve the issues (it is blocked on your side it seems)

  • Many computer restarts as you would have guessed

It looks like what other had with this ISP one year ago, where a lot of fellow French ppl couldn’t play:

If i had a long IT related career, i would bet on an expired rule between orange and amazon germany lol.

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

its pretty normal when all the returned players are online to get those freebies

my server already chil probably they already got their skins on 4th day

For a given infrastructure, the steamcharts numbers and their evolution don’t show any peak of players that is signinficant since last 12 months so i would guess it is not that

For files verification i guess it can’t do not harm to a do an additional one except i guess it will solve nothing.

Tried TCP optimizer, it gave 2-3 optimizations to do tho i don’t not comprehend the full extend of those i tried it.

Repared the easy anti cheat executable.

Gave an update to my graphic drivers also.

I still have peaks at first look, but i’ll give it a few hours, and then i’ll go to amazon support.

This may be a broader issue since you can see other post with same issue flourishing now on the forums, which is good.

I have the same random ping spikes in EUC Trixion.

i dont understand… my steam charts 24hr peek 200k++

Their was lot more player november / december / january than now. And i had 0 issues then. So to me the peak player is irrelevant

I opened a ticket to amazon. I’ll see where it goes before contacting the ISP.

Usually ISP lv1 support know less than you and bring no value, but still it is a string to pull at some point…

I don´t really contact my ISP as my family has 0 issues with online stuff, and to be honest I can play COD MW 2, BDO, or Forza Horizon 5 online with no issues at all.

So this is a Lost Ark thing.

like my server Ezrebet high latency only at Peek hours, low latency at off peek.

The 13th of february at 12hxx they - Amazon Game Studios - formally asked to wait 72h minimun for them to provide an answer.

So i guess we’ll wait a little more.

  • I have not heard back of Amazon Games so @Eulah you were pretty right eventuelly
  • I have no more latency isssues

It ended near the last update, but i remember having some latency on the reset day.
