Black screen at character selection

I cannot access the character selection for my server, but I can access the other servers for it. I think it was related when I was just changing the wallpaper for my character selection. Is there a way to reset the character selection wallpaper because it would end up into a black screen and game crash.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue with the character selection screen.
Just to confirm, you already verified the Steam files?

I have verified the steam files and everything was fine. I have also restart steam, pc, and reinstall the game. I can access the other servers just fine but my main server.

Thanks for the confirmation @timmyturner1 in your main server do you have only one character ?

Thanks for your time, but I can access back into my main server. It seems that it was taking a long time for the character selection.
