Black screen during character selection

After selecting any server , the game goes into a black screen, I hear some music I can alt tab but cannot do anything else, checked files via steam, rebooted the computer. Same thing

After a while the game closed

I reopened I managed to see the characters but the game still get stuck

I’ve done a EAC repair, and while I get to see the characters now, the game still freezes and after a while just close

I did something here on my end but please before you open the game let’s re-validated the Steam files and let me know if you can access now. :mage:

Still didn’t work, I have uninstalled, and will re-download to see if works.

Hi, the reinstall initially didn’t fix, so I went and reinstalled the video card driver to the newest version, and lowering all settings, that made me log in.

okay issue fixed , gforce experience download the last driver update. what a scary issue

I have the same issue, turn off firewall, update driver, uninstall game - re install game but still ahve black screen at char selection what should I do?
