I blackscreened during the final boss, could not move or see anything, I shut down Lost Ark by force in order to reconnect as quickly as possible and so I did, but i got kicked out of the instance and got 0 rewards while I am NOT able to redo it again until next week.
Please help! I do not mind redoing it but at least let me do that :)))
I’m sorry for the issue during the dungeon. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
This is an automatic system, you don’t have to appeal or do any steps to receive the re-entry.
The system automatically will review is the connection problem you had with during the Oreha Preveza was from the server side and this can take 24 to 48 hours to granted the re-entry and you will receive it in the character mail.
Please wait the time to verify that you receive or not the re-entry.
