I think on KR version the hp pot thing is fixed and Berserkers actually have to use good pots to heal but not sure. At least I heard someone who play on KR say that. So I’m kinda waiting till we get that here and all Berserkers start complaining then.
If that nerf actually hits, you’ll probably go meta RE build so yea good luck with that
Im talking about pvp, but my bad I didnt really know this thread is about a pve nerf.
I wouldnt say in pve it needs a nerf but in pvp of course it does
But thats not a Bug, the description says that the shields on you are weaker but not healing
The topic is about nerfs and I didnt know its only about pve, I said DB needs a nerf in pvp and added that I dont mean pve now, whats ur problem?
and the topic btw doesnt even mention anywhere that its just about pve so waste someone elses time ![]()
Well. Apparently on KR pots work different on Berserkers and you can’t get full value back from just green pots so idk.
Would make sense tho, my twink is a berserker and it kinda feels unfair that he just needs the smallest of all pots which is much cheaper. Would be fine for me if it will be like you told it is in KR
I’d understand if it said something like "healing during Mayhem incrased by 30% or something and count your Mayhem HP as 100%. Then purple pot would heal 90% of that and green pot would only heal 55% of that for example which is already a lot but at least not to full.
This sounds also fine for me, even better tbh. maybe its not “finished” yet and they change some more stuff since its on the test server
PvP or pve it doesn’t matter. It applies to all. Surge looks like it’s going to be gimped. For now I’m going to wait and see what happens. It’s not set in stone yet. Btw don’t make judgmental remarks like that. I’m waiting to main reaper which is far from META.
It’s not the same, the scaling is no longer linear. It’s not “5% per stack”, it’s now an exponential scaling. This means you have to actually build 20 stacks every time because doing any less will be an exponential decrease in damage AND resource refund. It forces DB into a much tighter damage window and awkward rotation.
Should check out the video by YOLADE to see why the rotation is dead.
this game is all about alts for a reason. Every MMO, every game for that matter has buffs and nerfs. If you stop playing all because of a nerf, you may as well stop playing any game.
I can certainly understand where you are coming from, however, but there are few games if any like this that actively encourage alt creation. And you could always switch your main. Look at this way if you manage to get an alt up high enough you can use your former main to feed your new main
Good. If all deathblade players quit the game the game would be so much better overall to be honest. Not only did deathblade get nerfed, it did not get nerfed enough. Gut her in PvP and only then can we talk.
PTR is a test. Do you think they kill a class which is very popular? No worries, everything gonna be fine.
Well they should have name the engraving and the ability different if you are confusing the pve surge nerf with pvp blade
Pvp blade stays untouched as engravings are turn off for pvp.
They won’t kill the class they already killed the engraving. Class work perfectly fine with the other engraving but know the class has just 1 choice
Players worry too much about buff/nerf. If they nerfed surged too much and it’s underperforming, they are going to buff it the next time. Pretty simple. I’ve been playing RE on my main all this time and don’t care too much about chasing meta. Those who can afford main swapping every balance patch can chase meta if they want, but I can’t.
In KR, most everyone saw incoming surge nerf. They may have over did it, but we won’t know for sure until the next balance comes along. If it gets hit with a nerf again, then it’s still probably performing better than expected. Players with no data and claim that some build is no longer viable because of nerf probably just don’t know how to play the class. Also, balances are based off of end games. We are not even mid game yet until we get relic gear…
We have no idea if PTR stuff can be final or not.
It is the first time EVER that AGS does a PTR, every other time they even release patch notes when patch is live already…
This PTR is a first we have no clue how AGS wants to use the data of it.
What do you mean they killed the engraving. And which engraving do you consider a choice? I’m afraid I missed something.
