Just a heads up for people that cant receive their twitch drops, just note that AGS will not do anything to fix it. You can try to make a new twitch, but AGS has no clue if there is something we can do to fix it, just that they won’t bother fixing anything from their end. I have attached my transcript with the AGS support to back up my post. Just frustrating that AGS support can’t do anything to fix anything that other game supports can, whether it’s missing items or in-game issues…
can’t trust AGS really. Just don’t spend money on this game and not too much time… never know what their next choices are going to be. they are bad, seems like they are doing this job for the first time. I am just amazed how SG could give its game in their incompetent hands.
Hmm, hope you get assistance on this. I can’t imagine it would be too difficult to see what drops you earned and compare that with the items sent to your account in-game. Then see what items are in your Product claim/Claimed and compensate accordingly.
Guess the customer support can only escalate this to a certain point.
I haven’t received any drops since the game release, so I’ve been waiting months for the first drop that I redeemed, and this is their response for my ticket that I sent in 2 months ago.
I didn’t receive my last drop. I sent in a ticket and they told me a try a few generic things and it didn’t fix anything. I won’t waste anymore bandwith or time on twitch. No big deal. Their loss not mine.
