These bots move in so obvious patterns that a university student could write a decent AI to detect all of those bots with high accuracy without many false positives at all.
you should have gathered so much training data from your reports already that this should be child’s play.

instead, you implement half measures like blocking VPNs that only impair legitimate users, that for example need to use VPNs to have a stable connection to your servers. There are so many legitimate use cases for VPNs that banning them is just completely unreasonable.

you can do better

I gaurantee you, a bot creator can update their pathing for spontanuity far easier and faster than an AI can be trained to detect it.

You’re also wrong about VPNs. VPNs severely cripple a companies ability to implement a proper ban system.

That’s what was enforced. Since these folks need a VPN to play somewhat, from now, they should be prepared to be banned. It’s against the ToS

In my case, we have two full stacks of Russian speakers in our guild, but we all live in different countries, some in Russia, some in Europe, some even in the US, and we decided to just start playing from scratch together.

thats why you constantly update the AI based on new training data gathered from verified reports. it will make it undesireable for bot creators to keep updating them and will significantly reduce bots.

VPN do not cripple a companies ability to implement a proper ban system as IP based bans are ineffective anyway.

So after banning exitlag, now i’m having many disconnections again. Also some kind of bugs that i used to have. Just like today i lost Argos drops because it happened the exact same time we killed him. Some people waited for me to get back, but for nothing.
