Is the Blood Magic Vendor supposed to restock at reset every week, all I see is Unavailable on all goods except soul leaves?

Thank you for reaching out regarding this situation, the Blood Magic Stone Vendor has a roster limit on the items so once you have reached that limit you can’t buy them anymore!
