You say you need localized pricing to make it fair, but BRO they are a company trying to make money. After conversion they make 1/5-1/10th the amount of money for selling the same goods. In the overall spectrum of things the amount of money SA would generate compared to anywhere else is so insignificant its not worth the effort. Also the top 5% spenders spend money than the 95% combined. Whales in SA are still gonna whale, so therefore the money the whales generate at the current price is way more than the money generated by localization.
The RC is a virtual good, there is no production cost involved. Ignoring an entire region with millions of potential customers doesnât make the player base from other regions grow (NA/EU), so for a global company, ignoring a continent with potential of profit makes no logical sense. Even companies that have production costs, such as McDonalds, have regionalized prices. Itâs better to profit 1/5 of the NA in SA, than not to profit at all in SA and just stay in NA, you know? In fact, regionalized prices make people buy more your product. Profit is profit.

problem is that everyone watches other regions more or less and they dont really care about anything outside KR, not best business to show your most loyal customers that there can be a better version of something they are used to

ok so aura is 400 purple crystals for a month
if purple crystals are 3500 gold per 95 you need 17500 gold for 5 packs of 95 to have enough
you make 16200 gold if you have 6 1400 characters from just argos weekly, lets assume you have 3
so in 2 weeks from just argos you make 16200 gold to get something that lasts a month. You also have boss rushes where you can sell gems, CD. GR. CG. Bosses. Cubes. Legion Raids. each week. with all of that you can easily buy a months worth of Aura from 1 week of playing for free.
I am unsure pheon price off the top of my head but pheons are not needed monthly, once your characters are geared. that expense goes away.
So as I said I would make you look stupid, I feel like I am doing that. Pheons / aura do not prevent you from playing, lack of aura is an inconveniance. lack of pheons means you need to find your own gear or play under geared. If you want to make Aura a requirement to play, you need to dedicate 1-2 weeks of a single aspect of content in this game, ignoring RNG drop chances to sell items out of a month.
You are a free to play player, you will have to sacrifice some gold to be the same as a paid player, otherwise no one would pay anything.
Even if aura took a full week of rewards 50-60k gold, I think that is more than fair, but it isnât even 1/3 of that.

as the person above you said, whales are going to whale. If a whale wants to spend money to get 10 packs of 12k royal crystals a week. they are going to spend whatever the price is. 100x 12 vs 20 x12.
So you reduce the price. The whale buys the same amount for less money, will enough free players suddenly spend money? Especially if the purple crystal prices go down? Probably not

regardless of honing and regardless of playing all day. If you are doing all of the content weekly in this game you are making 30k low end a week 60+k mid to high end, not including sellables.
also. 2700 gold is less than 30 minutes of playing, 1 argos run. idk how 1800 gold equates to slave.

Price of crystals will continue to rise as more and more people reach a higher ilvl. The reason why crystals were <1k at a point was because all we could do was argos and oreha abyss which made way less than what a 6x1430 roster can do for example.
I hope it hits 5k one day, iâd swipe alot that day. Haha
Itâs actually balanced since you can do any run weekly and get a chance of getting a legendary book that you sell for 15-20k or 30k. Which itâs insane, and thatâs F2P - You just need luck and patience.
If you want to rush, youâll swipe, if not youâll farm your ass off as in any other korean mmo.
i.e. I got cursed doll spellbook yesterday in a Chaos dungeon run and sold it for 18k.
