happened to my alt after i finished doing the training part. got a blue stone that i can’t throw, dismantle nor trade. Literally stuck even after faceting it.
the stone was never locked btw.
You can sell it to shop/vendor NPCs that allow your to sell junk for silver. That’s pretty much the only way to remove it from inventory to my knowledge.
