i’m a platinum founder and didn’t receive the bonus pack.
is there any thing i need to do??

I receive it but doesn’t contain everything, only skin, pets & pots. The leveling chests are missing and coins.
Also, since i purchased starter packs from Steam, how i redeem them on my new region EU-W? Can someone send them to me there?
