fix this crap. and please refund my 30 day crystalline aura, its runnign for days and ive managed to play few hours at best.
I don’t want to be a b*** here, but new players joining is why we have these Qs. They should have kept Zinnervale locked, because we had 3 - 6 hour Qs in headstart already. But we are where we are, milk jug is already broken so let’s leave that aside. The only way out of this I can see is to somehow increase the server capacity as you said AND relock the server. One doesn’t do anything without the other. The moment they say: “We increased the capacity bois, now you JUST have 3 hour Qs again” 50k new players will join, because Zinnervale seems to be rather popular server. No matter how much this seemingly sucks, it’s literaly the only way out. There is no server transfer ← and that’s exactly why.

I thought they were going to refund a founder pack, I had to start in another server without my founder pack, because they said that would give us back another pack, but without some things. Where are they?
They didn’t say when they’d provide them

Well, I think they said they will give way less currency with the second pack AND they will give it to EVERYONE, including ppl who stayed on their servers. Meaning if you left your Founder’s pack behind, you’ve just been robbed. I heard they will send just 1000 RCs - if that’s true, well I’m plat pack owner, so I’d be 6000 → 60 euro short here. So I stayed on my server and apparently I can claim second pair of skins over there and second mount? It’s like … cool, thanks … but why would anyone leave under these conditions? xD That’s why relocking the server is a must. Barely anyone will leave and we can’t afford new players joining.
11:00 here in UK and my Zinnervale queue is already over 3000. Crazy! 
2pm and almost 8k que. Even the new region is open. I progressed enought to say im staying here. If they ctrl c ctrl v my char i would leave the server but after 1000 gearscore and 80hrs of questing/progressing im saying no to eu west.
